Volunteer: Make a Difference in the Life of a SeniorJoin our team of dedicated volunteers here at Gulf Coast Village and make a difference in the lives of our residents. Volunteers have the opportunity to volunteer with our Activities Department staff, assisting with the activities that our residents engage in. Such activities include bingo, trivia, sing-a-longs, arts & crafts, monthly socials/parties, one-on-one activities or sharing a special talent such as music or another artistic ability with our residents. We are also looking for volunteers with the following skills to assist at our Concierge desk: Lastly, we are looking for volunteers to shuttle residents and guests to and from the different buildings on our campus. This is a FUN volunteer position and a great opportunity to interact with our residents. Volunteers serving in this capacity will operate an 6 person golf cart and MUST BE 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license and minimal traffic violations. Shifts are 2 1/2 hours in the morning from 8:45 - 11:15 AM or in the afternoon from 12:45 - 3:15 PM.
