
The Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead is an after-school enrichment initiative designed to engage elementary students in hands-on learning experiences across science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. The program seeks committed college student volunteers to support instructional activities that foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Volunteers will assist with interactive, project-based learning activities that encourage students to explore real-world applications of STEM concepts while building confidence and problem-solving skills. This program aims to increase student engagement in STEM-related fields through experiential learning and positive mentorship.
Volunteer Responsibilities:

Support weekly S.T.E.A.M. enrichment sessions

Assist with hands-on science and engineering activities

Encourage inquiry, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving

Provide guidance and support during group projects and experiments

Serve as positive academic and social role models
Preferred Qualifications:

Currently enrolled college students in good academic standing

Interest in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, arts, or education (all majors welcome)
