Volunteer: Greatest American Cleanup- Frank Mann Preserve & Joel Blvd (Lehigh Acres)Join Keep Lee County Beautiful and our Lehigh Litter Lifters initiative at Frank Mann Preserve as part of our 2026 Greatest American Cleanup efforts! We'll be cleaning up Frank Mann Preserve, portions of Joel Blvd, and the surrounding residential area to help protect our local environment and keep our community clean. Gloves, grabbers, vests, and trash bags will be available. Water provided (bring a reusable bottle if possible). Volunteers of all ages are welcome. Students can earn community service hours! Jim Fleming Ecological Park is one of the last remaining pieces of original wetlands in Lehigh Acres. These wetlands play a critical role in protecting water quality, reducing flooding, and providing habitat for native wildlife. As development continues throughout the area, preserving and maintaining spaces like Jim Fleming becomes even more important. Volunteers will help remove litter from the preserve and portions of the surrounding Lee Blvd corridor to protect this sensitive ecosystem and keep it beautiful for future generations. As part of the national Great American Cleanup, this event connects Lehigh Acres to the largest community improvement effort in the country. Please dress accordingly as April can be hot, water will be provided onsite but bring reusable bottles if possible.
