We are rapidly approaching our annual Soup Kitchen Benefit (SKB), a cherished tradition now over 20 years strong! Mark your calendar and bring a friend to join us on Thursday, March 6th! This is not just our biggest fundraiser of the year—it’s a celebration of community and the incredible impact we can make together!
We have 6 amazing team building volunteer shifts available that we need to fill!
Set up shift 1: 7am-10am (1 spot left!)
Set up shift 2: Shift is full
Set up shift 3: 1pm-4pm (27 volunteers still needed)
Table Host: 4:30pm-9:30pm (reach out to Brooke@communitycooperative.com)
Servers: 5pm-10pm (14 volunteers still needed)
Our Biggest Need is the Breakdown Crew perfect for night owls! 8pm-12am (we expect to finish up around 11:15pm)
Hosted at Sam Galloway Ford’s service center, where their incredible staff transform the space into a stunning venue for one unforgettable night! It’s a chance to connect with local business owners and passionate philanthropists who are committed to fighting hunger and homelessness in Southwest Florida.
Every year, the generosity of our attendees plays a vital role in supporting our mission, helping to cover a significant portion of our annual budget. With the dedication of our entire Community Cooperative staff and our volunteers, we know this event is sure to go off without a hitch! It takes nearly 200 volunteers to make this event a success!
We invite you to be part of this inspiring journey! As a volunteer, you’ll help us create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
Please email KateR@communitycooperative.com or call (239) 332-7687 (SOUP) x 112 to reserve a spot for your volunteer team! Want to attend as a guest instead? We would love to have you! Contact Jade@communitycooperative.com to buy tickets/ reserve your table/ or to donate! I hope to see you there!
