Help ensure Colonial Elementary students have food over the weekend. Many children rely on school meals during the week and face food insecurity when school is out. Hope Packs provide an extra meal and snacks, offering comfort, nourishment, and hope when it is needed most.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize food items.
- Assemble Hope Packs.
- Ensure packs are complete and ready for distribution.
Primary Goal:
Assemble Hope Packs that provide an extra meal and snacks to help bridge the weekend hunger gap for Colonial Elementary students facing food insecurity.
After completing required documents below, email Jennifer@UnitedWayLee.org with your preferred time at least one week in advance.
