United Way Volunteer Center (UWVC) provides a unique experience for individuals to join our team and make an impact in the community through our Ambassador Program. UWVC Ambassadors become model spokespeople for our organization to emphasize the importance of volunteering and the mission of United Way as a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all people in our community. UWVC attends many outreach events to share our mission and promote in-house and partner volunteer opportunities to our local communities. Reaching out to people is an important part of what we do to increase awareness and drive community involvement.
UWVC Ambassadors are volunteers committed to attending their local community events to represent UWVC and communicate our focus on keeping Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties as wonderful places to live and volunteer.
