We will be distributing 300 Thanksgiving turkeys and other meal prep items, along with hurricane supplies to the community. We need volunteers for set up, distribution and clean up.
Location: Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County-Park Meadows location- 1900 Park Meadows Dr, Fort Myers, Fl. 33907
Volunteers can help from start to finish, or pick which part they want to help with:
- Set up- Arrival time is 9am. Setting up for the event will take approximately 2 hours.
- Distribution- Event hours are 11am-1pm. Help is needed with handing out items, directing the line of cars waiting, loading cars, etc.
- Clean up/tear down- We will begin cleaning up at approximately 12:30pm, and tearing down tents and tables at 1pm. It should take approximately 1 hour, depending on how many people are helping.
