In collaboration with the Mound House we will be cleaning along the streets of the Shell Mound Park Neighborhood. We will be removing casual litter and debris from the streets NOT going on to private property for hurricane debris removal or cleanup.
CARPOOLING IS ENCOURAGED. Check-in is at the Mound House at 451 Connecticut Street, Fort Myers Beach. Parking is at 216 Connecticut Street.
During the registration, please let us know how many volunteers will be in your car. THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR 40 CARS TO PARK.
IMPORTANT! Please note the following:
- Volunteers need to be 18 or older
- MUST wear closed-toe shoes
- Bring reusable water bottle, sunblock, & bug spray
- Bring extra thick gloves if you have them
- Will be required to wear a safety vest (provided by us)
- MUST pre-register
- Water refill stations and cleanup supplies will be provided
