We will be having our Gift Drive for our members and need volunteers to assist with set up, break down, and assisting parents with shopping.
There will be several volunteer positions to choose from:
- Set up Tables and stations will be set up; previously organized toys and gifts will be set up on tables according to gender and age
- Shopping assistant- (we will need at least 10) Escort parents through the event to choose toys and gifts according to their child's wish list
- Registration- check parents in at the door; check the roster for child's name to confirm permission to shop
- Monitors- will stand near tables to restock and tidy up tables as necessary; assist with bags/boxes for items; stand at entry and exit to monitor guests' activity
- Clean up/take down
